Road Worx Hits the Mark:

Road Worx recently attended a Sporting Clays event as part of our continual support of the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA). This dynamic event not only showcased our commitment to community engagement but also highlighted the critical work of ATSSA and its charitable arm, the ATSS Foundation.

The American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to advancing roadway safety through the promotion of innovative products, services, and technologies. ATSSA brings together professionals from various sectors, including transportation, engineering, and public safety, to collaborate on developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance roadway safety across the United States.



ATSSA plays a pivotal role in shaping industry standards, advocating for policies that prioritize safety, and providing education and training programs to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to address the challenges of modern traffic safety.

1. Advocacy: ATSSA actively engages with government agencies and policymakers to influence legislation and regulations that prioritize roadway safety. Through advocacy efforts, the organization aims to create a safer environment for both motorists and those working in the transportation industry.

The foundation is committed to supporting the families of those who have lost their lives or have been seriously injured in work zone incidents. Additionally, it works to promote roadway safety awareness and education. By participating in and sponsoring the Sporting Clays event hosted by ATSSA, we demonstrate our dedication to the values of safety and community engagement. Sporting Clays, a sport that simulates bird hunting, provided a unique and enjoyable way for our chapter to come together in support of a common cause.
